We were offered a big size and brand-new room with modern decor, everything was great. The location was marvellous and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a co-educational college. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

There was a hint of traffic noise from King Street in the rear bedroom, which could be a bother if you're a light sleeper, but it's easily avoided by choosing a unit in the opposite building.
